I bring a calm, considered approach to real estate, with strong attention to detail and genuine care for how the process feels for my clients. I enjoy thinking about design and styling, and how small touches can help a home feel its best. I’m hardworking and dedicated, and I believe that building strong relationships with both vendors and buyers is key to achieving the best possible results. Before moving into real estate, I saw an opportunity to create something special and started my own hospitality business. Building strong relationships with customers and the local community was at the heart of what I did, and a key reason the business was so successful. I grew and ran the business before selling it, and it continues to operate successfully years on. During my time there, the café was recognised as one of Auckland’s top 50 cafés. That experience continues to shape how I work today. I am friendly, honest, and approachable, with a focus on guiding people through what can be a big moment with care and clarity. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cheering on my boys at sport, or walking my new puppy along the beach. I work as part of a close team, alongside experienced and well-respected agent Jules Bailey-Rotman. With our shared values and approach, clients benefit from genuine care, attention, and support from start to finish.

Carlie was open and sincere she listened and waa enthusiastic about selling our home.

Carlie impressed us with her warm personality, her ability to listen to what we wanted and her genuine interest in our home. She was positive and supportive throughout the whole process. Her market knowledge was evident when we discussed our needs for a future home and her part in negotiations was positive. She was professional at all times. She showed skill in helping us with details needed for presentation of the house. Carlie also worked well with Jules as a team which contributed to an all round positive experience for us selling our house.
