It was absolutely amazing working with Lauryn and Shelley. They put everything into having the selling process comfortable. We contacted Lauryn after our property had been on market for over a month with very few people come in for viewing. Lauryn gave us honest feedback about our property and things that needed amending to make it more attractive and it absolutely worked. Shona organised staging furniture to assist in obtaining a best price and added detail touches which we would’ve thought of, all of which would’ve no doubt helped with obtaining the best sale price. Shona estimated sale price was accurate & more than our independent valuation. We were updated daily with feedback Shona was able to competently navigate with any issue including EQC & Trust issues that arose.
