Very friendly great communication professional and down to earth
We were lucky enough to be able to buy and sell with Suzy, and I know that without her the process would have been so much more stressful. Suzy has incredible knowledge of the Leeston and Ellesmere area and is well connected within the community which is absolutely priceless when dealing in real estate. As a family with three boys under five, the thought of selling and buying property was daunting, but with Suzy's guidance, incredible communication, and her commitment to go out of her way to help in any way (always with some good humour thrown in!) allowed us to have a great result that we couldn't have dreamed of. I underestimated the effort and time a good agent puts in throughout the process - Suzy is second to none. I would highly recommend Suzy to anyone looking for an agent in the area!

Easy to find and to talk to
Selling my home was a very stressful time, but Suzy was always cheerful and available to answer questions. The weekly reports after the Open Home were excellent and very informative. Suzy always managed to visit when the time suited me. I would certainly highly recommend Suzy as an Agent.
Suzy was great to work with in selling a property on our behalf. I felt like she was working for us. Very friendly, knew the area and market very well and was able to advise accordingly giving us a great outcome.
Suzy was great with communication and came back to me with a true gauge of the leeston market... She helped out in every aspect including staging for photos. I had full trust in her advice.
