We were lucky enough to be able to buy and sell with Suzy, and I know that without her the process would have been so much more stressful. Suzy has incredible knowledge of the Leeston and Ellesmere area and is well connected within the community which is absolutely priceless when dealing in real estate. As a family with three boys under five, the thought of selling and buying property was daunting, but with Suzy's guidance, incredible communication, and her commitment to go out of her way to help in any way (always with some good humour thrown in!) allowed us to have a great result that we couldn't have dreamed of. I underestimated the effort and time a good agent puts in throughout the process - Suzy is second to none. I would highly recommend Suzy to anyone looking for an agent in the area!

Although I only had phone conversations with Suzy from here in Auckland, as my partner had the more personal day to day contact whilst she was down in the Selwyn District, Suzy was always in touch, offering great advice on preparing the property for sale.
