My property was not your ordinary 3 x bedroom house and garage, it was a 5 bedroom, 2 storied, 130 year old Bank Building. A difficult one to sell, but she never gave up. We were updated and regularly kept in contact after every open home and after discussions with prospective buyers. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and her negotiation skills came to the fore. Even when I felt like giving up Shelley was always there to keep trying and try she did. Lucy has been excellent to deal with. Great communication and lightning speed responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was very helpful, always on hand on short notice being around for an extra viewing or to organise tradies for quotes etc. Although she was working for the seller, we as buyers appreciated her support throughout the process.
