We signed up on a house and weren't going to get a builders report. Lucy impressed the need for it and her wisdom prevented us purchasing an expensive mistake. She then worked with us and found our ideal property. She stayed in touch, cheered me up when it all got too much while selling the house we were currently in. She remained positive and delivered for her vendor as well as us. She is discreet and honest and makes sound suggestions for both vendor and purchaser. If you want your property sold, she will do it.
