She sent a vendor report every week and was straight with me whether things were busy or quiet. She tracked competing listings, chased buyers waiting on finance, and always got back to me quickly. When the offers came in she moved fast and kept everything clear, even with several counter offers going back and forth in one day. The sale went through smoothly. Her design background is a real bonus, because she understands how a house is built and can talk about it with authority. I'd happily use her again and recommend her to anyone selling, especially owner-builders.

As soon as I contacted Tom with my check list for a new property, he swung into action. He listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time with unwanted viewings or communication. He is very easy to talk to, always got back to me when I messaged and when it came to negotiation....he is the best. He gave great advice, no if's or buts and didn't try to wrangle more money out of me. He's a great guy to have as an agent and also a fabulous friend, going above and beyond the call of duty.
