Tom is an absolute gentleman and a true professional

As soon as I contacted Tom with my check list for a new property, he swung into action. He listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time with unwanted viewings or communication. He is very easy to talk to, always got back to me when I messaged and when it came to negotiation....he is the best. He gave great advice, no if's or buts and didn't try to wrangle more money out of me. He's a great guy to have as an agent and also a fabulous friend, going above and beyond the call of duty.
