I honestly couldn’t recommend Sam and Andy more highly. From the very beginning, even months before I was anywhere near ready to list the property, Sam was incredibly supportive, friendly and happy to help, despite knowing that a listing was still a long way off. When it came time to sell, they went above and beyond. Sam even arranged cleaning for the property, which was just another example of how much they genuinely cared about making the process as easy as possible for me. I was initially quite nervous about the selling process and how long it might take, but Sam and Andy made everything feel effortless. The house sold within just one week, and I achieved considerably more than I had expected. Sam had already taken a few private viewings through the property before the first open home and had essentially found a buyer before I even needed to open the doors to the public. Working together as a team, Sam and Andy were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication, dedication, genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
