We couldn’t be happier with Celia and Micaela and the way they handled the sale of our property. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to getting the best possible result for us.Their communication was excellent throughout, they kept us informed, listened carefully to what mattered to us, and were always available when we needed advice or reassurance. What made the experience really special was the genuine warmth, integrity and authenticity they both brought to the process. We always felt that they were dealing with us honestly and openly, with our best interests at heart. Nothing ever felt forced or like we were simply another property sale. Celia also went beyond. She gave us advice and guidance on many aspects of the property we were buying, which was incredibly kind and helpful. That support meant a lot to us and really reflected the genuine care she had for us throughout the whole process. Selling a property can be stressful, particularly when there are unexpected issues and negotiations along the way, but Celia and Micaela handled everything. They were always focused on finding a way forward and always flexible with our needs. Most importantly, they delivered. We successfully sold our property, and we felt supported right through to the end! A huge thank you to Celia and Micaela, you were both amazing! We feel very fortunate to have had them with us throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for agents who combine professionalism and expertise with genuine warmth, honesty and care.

Excellent communication and a quick sale. Couldn't ask for more.

My mum had seen 2/33 Butterworth Drive advertised on One Roof, so I sent Micaela an email asking if she could meet me there. Micaela was very prompt and phoned me straight away saying she could be there within 15 minutes. I was very impressed with her service. Micaela was also very good at staying in touch with both my son and I through the entire process. I would highly recommend her when looking at buying a property.
