Through the open home process he communicated regularly and gave me honest feedback. I completely trusted Sven and Sofie, I wasn’t in Auckland from when my house was on the market till after it had sold. They ensured the place was alway kept tidy, and looking great. Even taking bins out and leaf blowing the driveway! The entire process can be really stressful, but having a team like Sven and Sofie on my side took a huge amount of stress and pressure off me. I got the exact price I wanted which I was delighted with. I 100% would use him again to sell my house, and would also buy off him as I trust that he is looking out for both parties.
