Talked with Ian a lot before deciding he was the best choice. Looking back he made the experience of selling the house easier. At every step Ian was communicating what was happening and what comes next. I had no doubt we were in really good hands. He was encouraging thoughtful and turned what was an extremely stressful time into a great sale experience. I would have no problem recommending Ian to anyone interested in selling. thanks

Ian has been providing a very open & honest discussion with us from the very beginning to the end. His professional & calming nature helped us to be less stressful, but keeping optimistic throughout the whole process. He has been managing the marketing/auction strategy so well for us to achieve the smooth sale in this slow property market, for which we're very grateful! He is experienced but humble, easy to approach with sympathetic communication skills. We would highly recommend him to everyone who would like a VIP Sale service! Cheers
