I had a lot of questions and Arno was always happy to answer them and give his time (sometimes even late in the evening to accommodate) Arno has been such a pleasure to work with , he went above and beyond what would be considered usual work for him , and we really appreciated and felt looked after. Arno was never pushy and always respected our thoughts and decisions. We couldn't recommend him enough to people looking to buy a home. You will be in safe hands, respected and looked after. Arno went above and beyond during the sale of our house. He has great knowledge of the property market and was helpful in guiding first home buyers through the process. Arno is a very driven and charismatic individual, which made the process easy. As we are both shiftworkers, Arno was very accommodating to our schedules and pets during the sale. Arno achieved the sale we required in the timeframe we had set. If we decide to sell again, we will be using Arno, as it has been the most streamline and painless process we have had to date.

This is the second time we have used Amy and Shar and they were just as fantastic the second time around. They are great at communicating and got a quick sale for us. They are easy to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, hopefully we get to work with them again in the future.
"Steph kept us very up to date with the Market and her background of dealing with Terrace Downs provided local information which definitely assisted in a successful outcome. Communication was always very prompt on any queries, or a message as to why a reply would be delayed kept us fully informed 7 days a week and at hours well outside what might be considered a "normal" work day. Commission rate was also very competitive."
