Craig was the biggest support person, who was filled with a world of knowledge not just about real estate but homes in general. He believed in our vision and paid attention to what we liked and disliked right down to the minor details. We felt like he went above and beyond what he really needed to do and made the whole experience feel very personalised to us. Any concerns or questions we had were answered in record timing always! The process of finding the right home took quite a while for us, and when we started to doubt the process he was always there with positive influence and guidance. During the time it took to find the right home, we appreciated Craig’s personality and humour, it made the many open homes a much more enjoyable experience. We could not recommend Craig enough, this process wouldn’t have been this easy without him. The amount of patience he had with us was highly commendable. As a queer couple we thank you for making us feel safe, respected and accepted.

Craig was an absolute breeze on our journey to buy our first home! Being first home buyers we were unsure of how things worked. He guided us along the process so smoothly & worked so hard on behalf of us. We’ve found our first home - one that we’re so happy with & that’s all thanks to Craig. His knowledge and negotiation with other parties helped us over the line. It was so handy having someone so knowledgeable with where the market was at & being able to get a first glance at off market properties was cool as well. His communication style is great, he’s to the point and very thorough. Craig was communicative and punctual. He put a lot of effort in to our campaign and listened to our input while making his own recommendations where necessary.

Craig had some real challenges to overcome to get buyers to auction and this was all related to information about the property. What impressed me was the proactive attitude to sourcing, collating and communicating information to buyers that Craig exhibited. Craig really hussled, never accepted that he couldn't find an answer, front footed every eventuality and I don't believe he could have done any more to get more buyers into the auction room. Craig was exceptionally communicative throughout the whole marketing, sale and auction process. Was realistic, authentic and didn't oversell our expectations. I wouldn't class myself as the easiest of vendors to deal with but Craig left me feeling relaxed and comfortable with the process at every turn. I didn't know Craig or even know of him before this experience but wouldn't hesitate to use his talents in the future.

Communication was excellent, kept us in the loop the whole time. He put his negotiation skills on full show trying to get a better result on confirmation day. Maintained a professional but laid back persona throughout the whole process. Craig even helped us out of a spot on settlement day, which was unexpected but truly appreciated.
