I first met Mark earlier this year at an open home in Westmoreland. He called me back and enquired what I thought about the house he was marketing for sale. I explained to him that my wife and I were only viewing what was available in the area at the time and no decision proceeding further was being considered until after I had completed hormone and radiation treatment for prostate cancer. Jeremy recently assisted us with the sale of our property. We were very impressed with the efforts he put in to ensuring that the property was well marketed and he kept us fully updated on the interest in the property, which was above what is usually expected. The photos and video were superb and correspondingly, we had a great level of attendance at Open Homes. Jeremy was thorough at removing any obstacles to offers, by ensuring that all prospective purchasers had full access to relevant information. He was extremely prompt, responsive and invested in getting us the best price for the property. He has a lovely easy manner and explains things in terminology which is easy to understand. Ive had a limited budget but Dane and the girls helped me find an affordable home. He also helped me tremendously with contacts for building inspectors etc and guided me through what stages I had to do. He's kept me up to date and been patient with all my questions.
