Every communication whether face to face, over the phone, through texts and email has been professional, clear and thorough. There has never been a moment that we have felt unsafe or suspicious of any of Jakes motives. He has been clear from the start what his role was, to look at the best offer for his vendor. I am also very pleased with how he has also taken care of me and my family's needs from the initial viewing, to the signing and basically everything to do with securing the home. We were very fortunate to come across Jake. Through his professionalism, his humour and his flare, we were able to purchase not just a house but a home. I am sure that things could have gone differently if we hadn't met Jake that day.
