Carl was specific in his assessment of the property, and how he would work for us a sellers, and lived up wholly to his word. Carl is preemptive and insightful of possible impediments to a sale on behalf of the client. He is proactive and covers all the bases. Obviously knows the market and how to help buyers commit to contract. In my selling a dozen or more houses, Carl at least equals the best agents I dealt with.
