It was a full on journey

Shona took on our parents house when one parent was deceased and the other in a rest home, Shona found a buyer for the house and then the other parent died and as we weren’t executors of the will the house couldn’t be sold at this stage and went into probate. This meant everyone had to stop what they were doing until the lawyers had done their due diligence. Shona had to communicate back and forth with the lawyers regarding of selling the property which was no mean feat. Shona helped stage the property even bringing plants from home and rearranging furniture herself. Shona’s communication was top notch all the way keeping us both well informed about what was happening. I would definitely recommend Shona if you’re looking at selling or buying.
