Communication was perfect, we felt like we were always informed of what was going on and always in a timely manner. When knew the house was in a safe pair of hands with the team for open homes, he listened and took on board what we thought were the best selling features. Was very happy with Adam and team with regards to selling my property. I found Warren and Tracey excellent to deal with, they have a good knowledge of the local real-estate market, both the current values, what is selling and what is not selling. When appraising my houses they did not try and BUY the listing by giving me un-realistic values.
