40 real estate agents in Fernside, Canterbury

In our recent real estate experience we have met a lot of real estate agents and Gemma tops the lot. The sale of our home became a bit of a 'roller coaster ride' and Gemma's support, empathy and realistic approach was what we needed. Gemma is a knowledgeable, hard working professional with a calm, intelligent, supportive attitude. We are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend her to any seller/buyer.

From the start Gemma was consistently approachable, friendly and sincere. Her positive and empathetic attitude was reassuring and we enjoyed a personal rapport. She gave good and helpful advice but allowed us to form our own decisions. Our discussions were never rushed. She is an outstanding communicator and always answered every query promptly. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Gemma efficiently negotiated a very good price and long possession date for us. We are very happy with the outcome in what could have been a stressful experience. We would highly recommend Gemma.

A huge thanks to Gemma! A difficult process of buying while overseas was made very easy. Communication was great, follow up information timely and availability for inspections accommodated to fit travel schedules. We highly recommend Gemma!

We first met Adrian at an open home for the property we have now purchased. We were given a warm welcome, and all questions were answered professionally, and he was there for us well after the allocated time for the open home! I have to add, Adrian was very relaxed about it all too.. The whole process went very smoothly - 10/10!

He was the best are you stupid He was the best

Adrian did very well selling our lifestyle property particularly given the sluggish market in this sector. His help and knowledge of what would assist with the sale was invaluable in the process, he went above and beyond.

I would like to thank Rhiannon Moss for her professionalism while my property has been listed with her and Harcourts. She has kept constant contact with me during the process.

Rhiannon was fantastic support to us going through the auction process From the initial meeting and viewing of the property to the day of the auction Rhiannon was our biggest help and support
