But this time, in this house, Anna was absolutely amazing. She is really easy to communicate with. She is the type of person who have sun energy that lights up the room and makes you feel understood. She is really passionate about her job and so helpful. It was nice to have a house agent who makes you feel good and not overwhelmed. As first home byer, I was so happy to get help from her. She replied to all my questions so fast and I asked a lot of questions. She makes that process very smooth. She is super efficient.
