We were clearly serious about buying so any things that needed sorted prior to auction were dealt with promptly via John. On auction day he was honest, worked hard to find an agreement at negotiations (after an hour). He seemed genuinely invested in reaching an outcome (unlike the auctioneer who thought we were too far apart to compromise). Can't ask for more than that.
