3 of my friends and I went to the second day of open home.Our initial impression of Shehara is one of admiration.She greeted us with such a friendly smile( as expected with sales person), but what she did after that was great.She had an accident( slipped) on the ramp as she welcomed us.But with grace and dignity,she got up ( we're grateful it wasn't a bad fall) she did everything to make us feel welcomed and be well inforned about the property (unfazed by the fall)Upon entering, the lounge greeted us with a nice smell,and it was well staged.Shehara's attitude,and the presentation ( her knowledge )of property gave us that hugging feeling( good vibes). She also had been very helpful when I needed more info or guidance before the auction. She had actually given me that added boost of confidence to attend the auction.THANK YOU ,SHEHARA!! A BIG tick on my bucket list...(a Filipina community support worker at 69),I attended my very first auction and actually got the property, with the help / negotiating skills of the auctioneer and Shehara. As I have mentioned before,she is an asset to Harcourts,she has got that " IT" a gift of making us(my friends/ family too) at ease and comfortable enough ,and helpful like a genuine relation,so accomodating.
