Sam communicated directly by phone when immeadiate responses required and regular informative, supportive messaging in the Barfoots sales group chat. As I live overseas he was always mindful of the time difference when keeping me uptodate as the sale process unfolded. With his and the rest of the Barfoots team level of market knowledge, financial climate and the individual responses of house viewers I always felt I had the best team working on my behalf. His and the teams behind the scenes work and efforts have been outstanding. Selling a property that you have owned for a number of years is a stressful and an emotional experience. Sam and the rest of the Barfoots team made the sale process less so. I highly recommend Sam as an agent and the Meadowbank Barfoots team.

Sam was my choice of agent because he knew the area and was easy to deal with, we put a plan together and though out the process he continued to communicate, offered alternative options but we stuck to our plan and we sold at auction.

Having dealt with numerous agents in the past. We find Sam to be exceptional to the rest. He's consistent with his communication and doesn't sugar coat the situation. He's straight up with all parties and gets the job done.
