He obviously knew the state of the market, with thorough knowledge of the sales and purchase processes, legally and procedurally and his negotiating skills were excellent. And his patience was reassuring if you did not understand any details re any sales/ buying detail. I would highly recommend him to anybody to conduct their property sale or purchase , no matter how small or large it may be in value.
