Paulette was great - we were on a very tight timeline with only a few days to look at potential properties. Even though I'd been following properties on the internet for month and felt I'd seen every potential house on the Coromandel, I hadn't looked at this property. Paulette took the brief of what we were looking for and immediately suggested 2 properties for us to drive past. One of them was especially interesting (even though it was slightly different to what we thought we wanted). So Paulette rearranged her appointments to show it and another house to us with only 2 hrs notice. After discussing the house with our family we decided to make an offer, which was accepted. We are looking forward to our first family holiday in the house at Cooks Beach soon.
They were right on top of what the market was doing in this area and communicated well about what our options could be and were prepared to put in the time to follow through with clients. They reported all enquiries etc on a weekly basis. The sale price was lower than we had hoped but this was a reflection of the current market. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective clients
