Paulette was great - we were on a very tight timeline with only a few days to look at potential properties. Even though I'd been following properties on the internet for month and felt I'd seen every potential house on the Coromandel, I hadn't looked at this property. Paulette took the brief of what we were looking for and immediately suggested 2 properties for us to drive past. One of them was especially interesting (even though it was slightly different to what we thought we wanted). So Paulette rearranged her appointments to show it and another house to us with only 2 hrs notice. After discussing the house with our family we decided to make an offer, which was accepted. We are looking forward to our first family holiday in the house at Cooks Beach soon.
