Very responsive to every request. Did a lot of the footwork, in terms of our due diligence with council and the vendors. On site measurements and extra photos were conducted very quickly. As remote purchasers, with only one viewing, David responded to every request... in great detail. I would honestly recommend him to buyers and sellers alike. When the time comes to on-sell this property, he will be our first call.
