My property is placed at the top end of the market for Carterton so not many houses to compare it to while facing decreasing house prices. In addition to this I had recently lost my husband. Sylvia and Kylie guided me through the process with professionalism and empathy, always checking that I was OK through the process. They managed the viewings with my diary in mind and kept me well informed of progress. They achieved four written offers plus one verbal then successfully negotiated the final fifth offer at the amount that I had hoped for. This was all done in a few short months from first engagement to signing.

(planned well before). Signed the day before, there was one small hiccup, while we were away. Usually, it would have been a seller’s responsibility to sort, but Gina dealt with it for us, enabling us to go unconditional, while we were enjoying ourselves. That was simply awesome in our eyes. Was the price what we hoped for? No, but we had the facts in front of us to accept our decision. (And we bought in the same market). Throughout the process we had regular and very enjoyable evening catchups to review progress and possible changes, and eat mallow puffs and lemon treats. Gina and Linette ensured that during one of life’s most stressful situations, we felt in control and truly looked after from beginning to end. We always felt we could have very open discussions. They were very flexible to meet our unsocial hours We have no hesitation in recommending either of them. And even better when you have both!
