I was feeling so despondent after seeing so many homes and missing out on so many auctions and negotiations. When I saw my home come on to the market, I was expecting to miss out, again. However, this was the first home I had viewed which had the "Lynn Magic"! I rang Lynn the first day that the home appeared on Trade Me and she was able to arrange for an immediate viewing - Lynn is a fast worker! I met with Lynn and she showed me the property and I fell in love. I let her know I would be putting in an offer that night - and the next morning she rang to let me know that the vendors had accepted my offer! I was ecstatic!
