From the very start Jaco was an ease to work with. He came with enthusiasm, energy and positivity. He knew where the market was at and that we could make a tight timeline work for a sale. We only had just over 2 weeks to market and go to auction. Jaco helped with some items needing attending to on the hose as we as owners live remotely from Hamilton. He organised the handyman, lawn mower etc to make sure the place was presentable. His communications were impeccable. In the end we got the result we wanted and happy to say thanks to Jaco and his team for a quick and efficient process.

Rahul was very responsive, he got back to me to inform me that the property although it was under offer already with the condition being that the prospective purchaser had to sell their own house and that this was dragging on taking to long , he suggested i could make a backup offer with minimal or no conditions and would stand a fair chance of getting it, so we did and yes we purchased it. Rahul went above and beyond to help and communicate us through the process, his knowledge of the property was very helpful. We would definitely consider using Rahul and Lugtons again.
