Sam proved able and willing to stay with us for quite a long haul in finding a property as our circumstances evolved. She quickly accepted a negative decision on a presented property, and moved along to seeking out another for us to consider. Our viewing availability was very limited due to being out of towners. Sam always managed to coordinate a viewing when it suited us. The actual purchase process was managed very competently by her. We are reassured by her availability for queries leading up to settlement of the property purchase and excited to take over our new home in a new city.
