58 real estate agents in Bell Block, Taranaki

We have not had any contact with realestate agents for many years. Our meetings with Chris were always a pleasure. Her knowledge about the property we were purchasing was great. We found the experience satisfying and informative.

She was helpful in maximising sale potentials with keeping us informed. Under the present economic situation NZ is facing we helped her by meeting the market conditions of present time. And we’re happy with the result as there was a win, win for all parties.

Christine was welcoming, had a good knowledge of the property and its history. She made good arrangements for a second viewing and provided us with all the legal documentation relating to the property including title, cross lease, plans and consented improvements. Never had that before. She handled all the negotiation promptly and fairly even throughout a weekend keeping us informed all the time.
