She comes across as very genuine and makes sure to check in every step of the way to ensure we are still happy and doing ok with stress levels and that we understand all the processes clearly. As first home buyers we couldn't have been happier with the service she has provided to us while still catering for her vendor, it has made the whole experience so easy and straightforward.
