Going to market was scary for us. We were never sure if we were going to get what we wanted, due to the house needing a few fix ups, we felt stuck! With Nick's help he made us believe we could sell it and at the price we wanted. It was a bit of a slog having to go to market twice but Nick didn't give up on us.
