I'm writing this on behalf of my parents who recently listed and sold their property with Annemijn. The property was a lifestyle block located in Mamaku and it was time for them to downsize and have a big cleanup of the property. Annemijn, showed care and kindness for their situation, helped value their property & advised on what the minimum was that they needed to do in order to sell to have the best possible financial outcome. While the clean-up took a bit longer than anticipated, the property was listed and sold well above expectations.
