I can't speak highly enough of Brent, Andre and the team. From the very first conversation through to the final handover, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed at every stage, explained things clearly, and always made time for questions. They were professional in how they handled everything, but also warm and easy to deal with, which made a big difference during what can be a stressful process. If you're looking for agents who are both capable and genuinely good people to work with, I'd recommend them without hesitation.

From our initial meeting, the team impressed us with their professionalism, preparation and market knowledge. They clearly explained their proposed strategy, provided sound advice on how to position and market our property, and gave us confidence in the process from the outset. Throughout the preparation and sale, they were highly responsive, proactive and went above and beyond. Selling a property while living in a different location presents unique challenges. Brent, Andre and the team made the entire experience straightforward and stress free. Their communication was excellent, they kept us informed at every stage, and handled issues promptly and efficiently. We felt supported throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We recently worked with Adam to sell our duplex, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Communication: Adam's communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Whether by phone, text, or in person, he was always responsive, clear, and easy to reach. He struck the right balance of keeping us informed without over doing it. He was genuinely personable while staying realistic about expectations. We never felt like we were chasing him for updates — he was always one step ahead. Market Knowledge: Adam's knowledge of the local area and recent sales was outstanding. He clearly understood the specific type of property we were selling and used that expertise to guide us through pricing and strategy with confidence. It was obvious he had a strong handle on current market conditions, and that understanding meant he didn't waste our time or anyone else's — he was upfront and realistic from the outset. Negotiation Skills: Adam handled negotiations with skill and integrity. He was straightforward and didn't muck anyone around, which we really appreciated — both as sellers and on behalf of the buyers he was negotiating with. His approach felt fair and transparent, and it clearly contributed to a smooth, efficient sale. Professionalism: Adam's professionalism was a genuine 10/10. What stood out most to us was how he treated our tenants — he was respectful and considerate of them throughout the process, which mattered a great deal to us. He managed a potentially sensitive situation (selling a tenanted property) with care and tact, and that spoke volumes about his character. Overall, we would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to sell their property. His professional approach, market expertise, and genuine care for everyone involved made the whole process far easier than we expected. Thank you, Adam!

We have had the privilege of working with Adam for the past 10 years at various stages of his career from building, project management and most recently in real estate. At all stages we have found Adam not only professional, honest and knowledgeable, but genuinely a good person who loves his job and helping people find the right solution, no compromise. We cannot recommend Adam highly enough. He is always a pleasure to work with and we always come away from meeting with Adam feeling positive and supported. On top of all this, he always gets the job done to the highest standard even when the solution is out of the box and always goes the extra mile. A true gentleman.

In the beginning, everything about the sales process was explained clearly to me. The photographs taken in and around the house were excellent. The advertising in the various mediums was very effective. The Open Homes were conducted efficiently and I was kept up to date with a written report after each one. Adam explained the comments from each of the attendees and we would discuss their possible interest. Being unfamiliar with the auction process Adam helped me understand what I could expect and calmed my nerves on the day. The auction was a huge success; we achieved a great result. Adam was very professional and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone else wanting to sell their home.

Nicholas is a great communicator and would certainly deal with again.

Nicholas managed the transactional aspects of my purchase in a prompt and professional manner. He and Lee managed the whole purchasing process fantastically, and for that I am very grateful. Buying a house isn’t easy or fun.

We can’t recommend Nicholas and his team highly enough! They made both the buying and selling process straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. Their communication was exceptional, and they were always available to answer our questions, provide guidance and keep us informed every step of the way. We always felt supported and confident that we were in the best hands. Nicholas consistently went above and beyond, and his professionalism, knowledge and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We are so grateful for all their hard work and would happily recommend Nicholas and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
