We recently enjoyed a very successful auction campaign with Gregers at the helm. Throughout the whole process he was always very accessible and very knowledgeable as well as professional. He carefully talked us through the various packages and we chose to go to auction after a five week marketing period. We received very detailed weekly marketing reports along with local sales data leading up to the auction. On the morning of the auction we were very excited with two bidders having registered their interest. Unfortunately, that quickly turned to disappointment with one bidder dropping out of the auction very early in the piece and the other, well short of the reserve. However, after some intense negotiating well directed by Gregers and his associate Mark, we were able to reach a successful conclusion for both parties. What can I say about Brodie, well from the start he was able to show me his sales track record which was inspiring and explained the marketing strategy to get the best offer on my home of 17 years. Finding the right person that matched my house.

Brodie was patient with me, and my faffing about. Being my first home and working with a broker and being more hands off on the finance side, there were some frustrating times with the bank, but he remained patient with me and was able to get me access for tradies to measure up after we went unconditional. He even got me the keys while the moving truck was being loaded at my old house (between his other appointments), the settlement was early, but not quite early enough for us to plan the key hand over.
