He shadowed us like an over-enthusiastic tour guide, making sure we kept moving and stayed well within our three-minute window. At times the energy felt a bit like someone on a first date, slightly panicked but trying very hard to impress. To be fair, the persistence paid off. He pulled together a great sale, even managing to pull buyers away from another agency’s multi-offer situation. What a smart move! He also did his best to present the house well and distract from the lingering smoke smell, which is no easy task. All in all, high energy, strong persistence, and a deal that got across the line.
