Both Matthew and Lillie listened to what was important to us, and acted on this. We never saw the magic they did behind the scenes with the purchaser to get the offer we were presented with, but it was only just a smidge off our dream purchase price - we are incredibly happy with the result.

What stand out is Matthew's passion for what he does and his ability to build good solid relationships. Outstanding experience and will defenatley recommend Matthew to any one looking to buy or sell a pleasure to deal with.

Matthew Rayner got us through a very tenuous sale process on our property it wasnt an easy process for a number of reasons but he handled it with great proffesionalism, stayed constantly in communication and helped us and the buyer work through the difficulties and remained cool calm and collected at all times. Well done Matthew job well done ! Thanks Craig and Debbie Harris
