Working with Rhiannon was a very positive experience. Rhiannon puts in a lot of effort! She went out of her way to help with some of the administration where other agents would have left it up to the sellers. Rhiannon is a calm knowledgeable agent. Selling properties is a big deal to the sellers and it helps a lot having someone who is calm and knowledgeable and just gets things done. We never felt pushed to sell. The market is not great and the decisions to sell below expectation was ours.
