We first met Brock Carr Harcourts Cooper and Co (Albany) when he helped our daughter and her partner in to their first house. He went the extra mile to ensure he represented their interests through the negotiating process with an agent / company who we felt fell short of a professional standard. We decided to sell soon after and asked Brock for an appraisal, fully intending to get appraisals with agents we were familiar with in the area. We were so impressed with Brock's appraisal, fully supported by his manager Jackie throughout, that we decided to sign with him without getting any further appraisal.
