We had a very short lead-up to auction date. Julie expertly facilitated our due diligence and formulating our offer. We were unable to bid as our own sale was not sufficiently far advanced. However within a few days, we were able to participate in the resulting deadline sale in which we were successful. The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!
