I have dealt with Lorraine Willets from Baileys Marlborough for our new rental, this is the first time that we have dealt with her and Baileys Marlborough and I have been impressed by Lorraine's professionalism and extremely helpful mannerism. Lorraine has gone out of her way to make this an easy transition and would gladly do business with her again. What I was particularly impressed with was the tenancy package that we received from her, with all property information all in one portfolio. Brilliant!!! Darren and Harcourts have been easy to use, informative and if any problems arise Darren has been straight onto it to save us any hassle and stress. Letting us know our options and how the issue is being solved. Professional yet also easy to chat with if we have a problem. Highly reccommend.

Hannah is a great communicator that let me know the process so clearly. She can put herself in my position and think for me. I can't rent the property out so smoothly without her help! She is asolutely a star!

Communication style is a bit odd, quick with responses when lrompted, but has failed to notify us of 2 plan changes so far. Professional, turned up on time!
