From day one - in fact before I even moved in - I was taken aback by the professionalism of the Birkenhead Team. Everyone I dealt with during my almost two years looked after my best interests - if I needed something done, it was done quickly and without any fuss. They were always there when I needed them and I genuinely appreciated their efforts. I would definitely recommend Ray While in Birkenhead. Cheers and a five star rating *****.

I am a first time landlord and have been so fortunate in having Amanda Chue (Senior Property Manager) to look after my property. Amanda is simply excellent and I could not recommend her more highly. She is a great communicator, highly skilled in dealing with any issues in the building, coordinating tradespersons, and has placed excellent tenants who have looked after the property very well.

The experience with Barfoot has been a breeze! I love the app they use to manage payments, maintenance, signing contracts etc. Anna has been amazing to deal withb! We have rented through a few different agencies, this is our 2nd time with Barfoot and they have always been a step ahead!

We feel stress free with Amanda looking after our rental properties. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely care about both the property and the tenants.
