Zani arrived at our home, immediately provided us with very positive comments on the potential sale of the home, the method by which to sell it (auction), the state of the home, possible price range, and the target people who would purchase our home.. This initial meeting provided us with a high level of confidence in all the aspects of our home sale. Zani then visited to log all the preliminaries required, and set up a timetable for the sale. This timetable changed when we purchased earlier than anticipated. The selling process was brought forward by 6 weeks This had no impact on the process, which was seamless. All parts of the sale of our home were attended to and we were confident our home would sell. Zani constantly said our home was presented perfectly for the people who would ultimately buy it, and updated us on presentation style.
