Zani and her team exceeded our high expectations of a great sales result and an enjoyable experience obtaining it. We first met Zani when viewing another home a year or so earlier, although only viewing that property being impressed by what experienced as a potential purchaser when the time came to sell a property ourselves we felt considering her to represent us was a good move. Even at the appraisal Zani was really helpful and offered many ideas for improvement and contacts for tradespeople where needed to help us achieve the best price possible for our property. She is very creative and has a great eye for the details which can make the good become great. Her marketing was standout and we had so much positive feedback from friends and family, and ultimately potential buyers viewing the home. The attention to detail and processes she had in place really made our life easy as the Vendor. We have dealt with many agents and companies over the years and found the whole experience very seamless and stress free compared to others. Even dealing remotely during the campaign due to being on a holiday was a breeze thanks to Zani. In the end we had our price expectations exceeded with multiple offers and more importantly we had a really enjoyable experience selling with Zani. She is a genuinely nice person who clearly gives 100% to whatever she is doing. When I first met Zani to discuss house selling she arrived beautifully dressed and was thoughtful and attentive. I felt quite overwhelmed at the prospect of selling and had many questions and worries. She answered all my questions and reassured me that she would help me decide on house presentation and had suggestions on furniture placement and which pieces made the room cluttered. She was very reassuring about my previous decisions on what furniture to sell. Zani also helped with dressing the house with items from her garage and I suspect she purchased a few pieces. The final advertising and video presentation showed a lovely home and the changes were subtle and appropriate. Throughout the open homes Zani kept us well informed and was supportive on auction day.
