When I first met Zani to discuss house selling she arrived beautifully dressed and was thoughtful and attentive. I felt quite overwhelmed at the prospect of selling and had many questions and worries. She answered all my questions and reassured me that she would help me decide on house presentation and had suggestions on furniture placement and which pieces made the room cluttered. She was very reassuring about my previous decisions on what furniture to sell. Zani also helped with dressing the house with items from her garage and I suspect she purchased a few pieces. The final advertising and video presentation showed a lovely home and the changes were subtle and appropriate. Throughout the open homes Zani kept us well informed and was supportive on auction day.
