I worked with Vinay and Havinder from Harcourts to sell my family home. I found the whole process daunting but they both made a difficult situation easy. They handled all the paper work, explained everything that I needed to know and were patient when things didn't go as planned. I am very happy with the outcome and excited for my family home to eventually be passed onto another family to enjoy.

It took me nearly a year to take the leap to put my house on the market. Vinay kept in touch on and off over this time and he always gave me heaps of encouragement but never too much that I felt pressured. The house went on the market in March this year just as the effects of the USA Iran war were starting to be felt. Oh boy, timing! But Vinay didn’t miss a beat and we had open homes, were flexible with market requirements and sold in April. Not going to lie, it is pretty stressful selling a house but Vinay was a dream agent for me, taking so much stress out of the process by his great communication, honesty, kindness and lovely upbeat fun spirit. Excellent in all ways while also being easy and comfortable to work with

Vinay was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB in all aspects of the sale. Not only was he kind, courteous and always there when you called, but he literally came in like a Knight in shining armour and sold my flat after about a week!
