We decided to sell our house with Tom at the end of lockdown 2021, it was a crazy unusual time. Tom was amazing with multiple viewings per week and answering our many emails instantly. Tom did his utmost to make sure that purchasers registered for the auction although there was no actual viewing allowed and he had 9 registered buyers for my property. He kept me informed as to what inquiry he had from purchasers for the property so that I knew what was going on. He also made the considerable paperwork required nowadays less onerous than it might otherwise have been.
