Tom did his utmost to make sure that purchasers registered for the auction although there was no actual viewing allowed and he had 9 registered buyers for my property. He kept me informed as to what inquiry he had from purchasers for the property so that I knew what was going on. He also made the considerable paperwork required nowadays less onerous than it might otherwise have been.
