He is engaged and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the sales process. Tom did his utmost to make sure that purchasers registered for the auction although there was no actual viewing allowed and he had 9 registered buyers for my property. He kept me informed as to what inquiry he had from purchasers for the property so that I knew what was going on.
